However, in a new Facebook post, Bradley has announced that he will no longer be able to perform the rest of the tour from now until the end of the year. The cancer has spread through to Bradley’s liver though fortunately has not returned to his stomach.
Charles Bradley will need to take time off in order to “focus on treatment and recovery”. The soul singer released a statement, saying; “I love all of you out there that made my dreams come true. When I come back, I’ll come back strong, with God’s love. With God’s will, I’ll be back soon.”

The musician will release his thirteenth studio album ‘Colors’ on October 13. Following lead single ‘Dear Life’ last month, Beck has now shared a new version of ‘Up All Night’. A previous mix was featured on the soundtrack of football game FIFA 17.
The ‘Up All Night’ video sees an armour-clad girl (played by French actress Solene Rigot) in search for a fallen friend (Pedro Attenborough) at a house party. Watch below.
‘Colors’ is Beck’s follow-up to the Grammy Album Of The Year for 2015, ‘Morning Phase‘. The record is now available to pre-order from Beck’s official website and will be released as a limited edition deluxe vinyl, featuring two red vinyl LPs in a special, die-cut gatefold package.

He added: “This new record I focused on that feeling. It’s the easiest to fail at. Or to come off on one hand disingenuous, or on the other hand just trite, or, you know, there’s that fine line between platitude and just the truth. And that fine line between making a big commotion and a bunch of movement and just actual unadulterated joy.”
The Walking Dead’s Chandler Riggs, who plays Carl Grimes in the show, has spoken out about what fans can expect from the upcoming season and it seems like it’s going to be very focused on the showdown with Negan.
However, possibly responding to fans’ reactions to the slower pace of season seven, Chandler Riggs said: “Season seven was all about building up and getting everyone ready to fight against Negan”, he said, speaking to Triple J.
Eventbrite have created a new documentary about the evolution and survival of nightlife in the UK. See ‘A New Dawn’ on NME first below.
A New Dawn: Meet The Future Of UK Nightlife takes a more optimistic and forward-facing look at what’s next for the evening music scene around the nation – proving that the closure of pubs and clubs is not the be all and end all. An increase in Netflix subscriptions is not the full picture.
Featuring insight from rave phenomenon Elrow, London Warehouse Events, DJ Mary Anne Hobbs, Manchester’s Partisan Collective, Bristol party promoters Alfresco Disco, DJ Roger Sanchez, Time Out’s Oli Keens, Futureboogie Dave Harvey and more, ‘A New Dawn’ is a new 21-minute documentary that “identifies the movements that are the new driving forces behind the night-time economy and shines a light on how it’s evolving”.
The synopsis reads: “It looks at the challenges faced, and how the future generation of disruptors are ushering in a new era for nightlife.
“Themes covered include: shifting attitudes towards wellness; the impact of austerity; innovative use of spaces; the daytime event boom; politics and activism; the diversification of nightlife beyond nightclubs.”
Before the film’s official release tomorrow, see it first and exclusively on NME.com above.
Two of the three accusers, one of whom tested positive for herpes, have remained anonymous, but the third is Quantasia Sharpton.
Sharpton has now come out and said that she has video evidence of the night where the singer allegedly had unprotected sex with her. In an interview with Youtuber, Miss Jacob Kohinoor, Sharpton said: “I actually have videos. I’m not sure if I’m obligated to say that”.
Watch the portion of the interview below.
Sharpton elaborates: “I have things in my phone that date back all the way to 2013, I keep everything in my phone. I keep everything in my phone. I don’t delete nothing.”
When challenged by Kohinoor about whether Usher would allow himself to be recorded, Sharpton said; “People lie, but video don’t”.
Sharpton initial claim stated that the pair “engaged in sexual contact” after she celebrated her 19th birthday at an Usher concert.
Sharpton’s allegation comes after leaked documents reportedly revealed that Usher was diagnosed with herpes in 2009 or 2010 and later paid a $1.1m settlement to a woman he infected.
The rock frontman recently published a book called America 51. It sees him discuss the current political climate in the United States.
Speaking to The Guardian in a new interview following the book’s release, Taylor bemoaned how a lot of bands are splitting up because they “can’t make a living” out of music. He said: “The industry is trying to make peace with streaming, they’re finding out how to monetise it, but they’re still screwing over the artists.”
“I’m in a unique situation because I’m in the old system, but I’m actually able to make a pretty decent living with the new system,” Taylor continued. “I find it hard to bite the hand that feeds me. But at the same time I see all these other bands who can’t get a break. I don’t know what the answer is to be honest.”
“I’m stoked for people like Ed Sheeran – that kid worked his ass off, so why shouldn’t he get the recognition? But at the same time when his songs dominated [the charts] because of streaming, where is the fairness? What about the other artists who worked their asses off, but maybe didn’t have a million streams?”
Slipknot’s Corey Taylor
Taylor went on to criticise the appropriation of metal culture within the mainstream and fashion worlds, as well as metal’s flirting with fascist iconography.
“You’re seeing grandmas in Slipknot shirts,” Taylor said. “It’s really weird. It makes it easier for me to blend in, which I am completely happy to do; you get tired of the stares after a while.”
“But punk and metallers take ‘fascist’ imagery like shaved heads and black clothing and divorce it from racism and nationalism, to make a statement about disaffection; you’re now seeing people like Richard Spencer who are not only appropriating the imagery of nationalism, but also the rhetoric. The anger, the racism of it. It worries me.”
“Oh, but Justin Bieber’s line in pseudo-metal T-shirts? He can kiss my ass,” Taylor added.
The Stone Sour singer also criticised modern rap music, saying: “I hate most new hip-hop. It’s all the same mush-mouthed bullshit, and it doesn’t say anything except ‘I want to get fucked and drink champagne’. It’s pathetic. The hip-hop I grew up with had a message. There’s a reason Chuck D is my hero, let me put it that way.”
Taylor also recently spoke about Trump’s Presidency, saying: “It’s really fucking unfortunate how bad we have just fucked ourselves… I’m like, ‘Ugh, you petty, petulant c**t. Would you just fucking get impeached already?’”
“It is embarrassing that he is the ‘leader of the free world,’” Taylor continued. “I will never give him the qualification for that shit. He can’t go away fast enough. And I think people are really starting to see that. His approval rating is at 39 percent in a lot of places. Was there a reason you wiped your ass with your fucking vote, you bunch of dickheads? Good for you.”
Posters showing the album’s cover art were posted on social media while a 15-second teaser suggested that the record would be centred on ‘Scream’, the King Of Pop’s hit ’90s duet with sister Janet Jackson.
It has now been confirmed that SCREAM will be a 13-track greatest hits collection that brings together Jackson’s most danceable tracks across his discography. The collection includes ‘Dirty Diana’, ‘Thriller’ and the titular ‘Scream’.
The album will also include bonus track ‘Blood On The Dance Floor X Dangerous’ which is a mash-up from The White Panda of MJ’s ‘Blood on the Dance Floor’, ‘Dangerous’, ‘This Place Hotel’, ‘Leave Me Alone’ and ‘Is It Scary’.
SCREAM is available September 29. Check out the album artbelow.

Michael Jackson would have turned 50 years old last week (August 29). His daughter Paris marked the occasion with a poignant message on Instagram, in which she wrote: “You are always with me and I am always with you. Though I am not you, and you are not me, I know with all of my being that we are one. And our should will never change in that way. Thank you for the magic, forever and always.”
The rapper married reality TV star Kardashian in 2014. Their first-born, daughter North “Nori” West, was born in 2013, with son Saint West following in 2015. The couple reportedly hired a surrogate for a sum of upwards of $45,000 back in June, with the surrogate now pregnant, according to reports.
People reports of the surrogate’s pregnancy, with TMZ citing January 2018 as the expected due date. A source reportedly told People that “the entire family is over the moon. Kim had been looking for a surrogate for months until recently when she found the perfect candidate.”
“Given her health scares in the past, Kim felt the need to hire a surrogacy agency that helped serve as the liaison in finding a healthy woman who would be a great surrogate option for her and Kanye. Both of them have been super involved in the process,” the source added. “They want everything to be perfect and for the baby to be extremely healthy. They don’t want any complications and Kim is providing an ideal eating regimen and diet so everyone knows what the baby is consuming before it’s born.”
Doctors had previously warned Kardashian of possible health risks of her carrying another baby. Kardashian suffered from placenta accreta during her last pregnancy, a condition which sees the placenta grows into the womb’s wall, preventing it from easily detaching at birth.
Speaking on Joe Budden’s latest podcast, co-host Mal revealed that he’d bumped into West recently in LA. “I had a cool little conversation with Kanye in L.A.,” he recalled. “He said he’s got a few words in response to what Jay had on ‘4:44’ when his next record comes out.
“There’s some malice,” he continued. “He wasn’t smiling. He was smiling before that conversation started. He said some funny shit. He said, ‘Yeah man, I was next to Jay for years standing right next to him – why he didn’t give me no jewels he put on the album?’ [West] was like, ‘Damn, [Jay] could have schooled me to all of this shit when I was right next to him.’”
The photo also includes Marwan Kenzari (The Promise) who will be playing lead antagonist, Jafar.
Check that the photo of Will Smith on the set of Aladdin with his “new family” below.
Other casting choices include Navid Negahban (Homeland) playing Jasmine’s father and the ruler of Agrabah, Saturday Night Live’s Nasim Pedrad as Jasmine’s handmaiden Dalia, and Numan Acar (Homeland) as Hakim, Jafar’s head of guards.
A new character has also been written for live-action remake. Played by Billy Magnussen (Into The Woods), Prince Anders will be a suitor from Skanland and after Princess Jasmine’s heart.
Reportedly, more than 2,000 actors and actresses were reportedly tested for the roles of Aladdin and Jasmine. The studio was said to be looking for an actor of Middle-Eastern or Indian descent in his 20s who can sing and dance, which apparently proved “difficult”.
Other live-action adaptions in the works at Disney include Mulan and The Lion King.
There is no release date confirmed for Aladdin as yet.
A postgraduate student has not only raised thousands of pounds but also gone viral, in his quest to replace a window broken by a Tinder date attempting to retrieve her own faeces. The entertainment world has come out to lend their support.
“We had a lovely evening, and enjoyed each others company very much,” wrote Liam. “After our meal, we repaired back to my house for a bottle of wine and a scientology documentary. About an hour in to Louis Theroux and chill, my date got up to use the toilet.
“She returned with a panicked look in her eye, and told me she had something to tell me.
He added: “‘I went for a poo in your toilet’, she told me ‘and it would not flush. I don’t know why I did this, but I panicked’, she continued ‘I reached into the toilet bowl, wrapped it in tissue paper, and threw it out of the window’.”
But instead of depositing the poo into the outside garden, it became fell into a narrow gap of about a foot and a half between outside and the double glazed window – an area that Liam calls ‘a twilight zone’.
Boasting of her history of gymnastics, the date then offered to attempt to squeeze through the window to recover the excrement. However, she then became trapped. After 15 minutes of ‘fearing for her safety’, Liam then called the fire brigade to come to her rescue.
A tinder date when wrong when a lady got stuck in a window while attempting to retrieve her own poo
Liam continued: “Unfortunately, although they rescued my date unharmed from what must have been a rather unpleasant confined space to find yourself in, in the process they had to completely destroy the window with their special fire tools. I’m not complaining, they did what they had to do. Problem is, I’ve been quoted north of £300 to replace the window. As a postgraduate student, that is a significant chunk of my monthly budget (in fact, that is my monthly budget).”
Liam’s GoFundMe page has since smashed through his £200 target. At the time of publishing, the total was at £2,147. He has promised that 100% of the excess will be split between the two charities Toilet Twinning and the Fire Fighters Charity.
While Theroux said that he was ‘honoured’ to be a part of the story as they watched one of his documentaries, a number of stars from the world of entertainment world shared the story and voiced their support. Caitlin Moran hailed it as “the best GoFundMe EVER” and donated £50.
Speaking to the BBC, Liam confirmed that the pair had a second date.
“She was a really, really lovely girl. I had a great night, we had a lot in common, had really good conversation,” he said. “I met up with her again for a drink briefly afterwards.”
He added: “Well, I’m really busy with my dissertation at the moment but as to what the future holds, I don’t know. But she was certainly a very, very nice girl.”
